Steak Knives
The Steak Knife is a cutlery knife with a narrow, slightly bent upwards blade, usually 12 cm long and occasionally also serrated. The slim, powerful knife cuts steaks and stir-fry smoothly and effortlessly.
The steak knife is today one of the few cover knives with a pointed blade. It is also often used as a snack knife.
