6.1 The customer acknowledges that his data included in the purchase agreement will be stored and processed for accounting and record-keeping purposes. We will use your data to satisfy statutory requirements and to process your payment.

We will disclose your data to the shipping company we have hired for purposes of delivering the products purchased. The disclosure will include only that data necessary to deliver your purchase.

6.2 You can place your order as a guest or you set up a customer account. We will ask you for personal information such as your name, shipping address, email and phone number. We will retain this information to provide you with convenient order processing in the future. In addition, you can store items in your account in the form of shopping lists and check your order status.

Additional data that may be required for certain payment methods such as credit card payments will not be permanently stored in your customer account.

If you choose to make a purchase without setting up a customer account, your data will be permanently deleted by us after the statutory retention period.

You can always revoke without stating any reasons the consent you have given for us to collect and use your data. 6.5 This shop stores cookies about the contents of your shopping cart which can then be accessed on your next visit. If you would like to register with us or place an order, we will need your customer data. If you are already a customer with us, you can easily sign in with your email address and your personal password. The data stored in a cookie saves you time filling out the forms.
