Folded Line:
Typical of the Folded Line is the wonderful, sharp grounded Damascus blade.
The 12 times folded 1045 Carbon steel reached to about 8.000 Layers. The unique Damascus structure (Hada) of each sword comes from a professional surface treatment. The worked into Hamon-Line for an appealing, authentic visual effect.
The hardness of the Folded Line is about 50 HRC. The sharpness and solidity would be sufficient for practical use but recommended for that are the Practical Line and the Premium Line.
Fujisan Katana:
With over 3.700 meters the mount Fuji is the highest mountain in Japan. This mountain plays a prominent role in the old japanese religion Shintôism. "Fu" means realm, "Ji" means warrior, "San" means mountain.
The Tsuba shows fighting samurais at the one side and the Mount Fuji on the other side.
