The classic Laguiole-style blade is made from Sandvik's rust-resistant 14C28N steel, combining reliable sharpness with easy maintenance. The juniper wood handle, finished with delicate guilloché engraving, gives every knife its own distinctive, naturally grown look – no two are ever quite alike. The traditional slipjoint mechanism, without a backlock, follows the heritage of French folding knives and delivers the characteristic, tactile snap on opening. A deliberate gap between the handle scales and blade keeps the edge protected when folded. A leather sheath stamped with the TMC logo is included. Handcrafted in Thiers, France's historic city of cutlery, the Le Saint Jacques combines everyday usability with spiritual symbolism – a companion for the road, wherever it may lead.
