The parmesan knife Soul is ideal for breaking up parmesan and other matured hard cheeses.
The Parmesan knife is available in two versions: with a straight or pointed blade. Both have a particularly stable blade and are a real eye-catcher on every cheese board.
The handles made of German ash are turned locally, then finely finished in Solingen, oiled and assembled with functional stainless steel parts by hand.
The product is manufactured with green electricity.
Made in Germany, of course.
