The Thai knife is used mainly when free-hand shaping fruit and vegetables.
The Thai knife with marking tip features an extremely sharp, ice-hardened and yet very flexible blade which always returns to its original straight shape. Thanks to the convex cross-section the blade is break-proof until its utmost tip. The integrated marking tip is provided specifically for filigree cutting-line markings.
A transport tube for safe storage is included. Made in Solingen/Germany.
