The BWK 2, a member of Walther’s Blue Wood Knives series, is truly made for the outdoors. The massive folder with its bulging droppoint blade made of 440C steel has a gray titaniumized coating and is rugged enough to handle any challenge. A backlock holds the blade securely open. In keeping with its name, the Walther BWK 2 has an attractive blued liner running all the way around the handle. An equally good-looking feature is the walnut grip with finger grooves. The knife comes in a leather holster with a belt loop and blued belt that can be worn on the left or right.
